We will confirm on the selected packages, dates, times, access to property and provide staging guidelines.
The Big Day
We’ll arrive at the location provided and walk the property to ensure everything is picture perfect, pun intended.
Delivery Date
We immediately fill our drives and start editing. Our turnaround time is typically no later than 24-48 hours.
How should I stage my listing?
Shortly after you book, an email will be sent with a protocol on how to stage. This is minimal, usually in the lines of removing soap off counters, removing rugs, etc.
What's a video walkthrough?
A video walkthrough consists of us walking the entire property capturing stunning video visuals, that will be later edited into one video highlighting the key aspects of the property!
How many pictures will I receive?
Depending on your package and the size of the property, we usually deliver between 25-40 photos.
What areas do you serve?
We serve where there is work! However we find ourselves in beautiful Sunny South West Florida!
